This page explains how Bridge Inbox, the internal customer-service tool of Dr. Mohamed Saeed's clinic, handles data.

Data we handle

• Comments on the clinic's own YouTube channel: comment text, the commenter's public display name and channel ID, timestamp and the video commented on. This data is already public on YouTube.
• The channel owner's Google authorization: when linked, we receive the youtube.force-ssl permission to post replies to comments as the channel. We store only the refresh token for this purpose, in an access-restricted database, and we do not read any other personal data from the account.
• Customer messages and comments from other channels (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp…) for customer service only.

How we use it

Only to show comments to the customer-service team and let them reply. We do not sell the data, share it with third parties for advertising or marketing, or use it for any other purpose. The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

YouTube API Services

This app uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Retention, deletion and revoking access

• We keep comments while the system is used for customer service; data about a specific person can be deleted on request to the email below.
• The channel owner can revoke the app's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions or from the app's settings (turn replying off), after which the refresh token is deleted.

Security

Access is limited to invited staff with authenticated accounts, and linking secrets are stored in a database that browsers cannot read.
