Bridge Inbox هو نظام داخلي لخدمة العملاء تستخدمه عيادة د. محمد سعيد (صحة وعافية) لإدارة رسائل وتعليقات العملاء الواردة من فيسبوك وانستجرام وواتساب ويوتيوب وغيرها في مكان واحد، والرد عليها من فريق العمل.
يستخدم التطبيق خدمات YouTube API لقراءة التعليقات على فيديوهات قناة العيادة، ولكتابة ردود باسم القناة بعد موافقة مالك القناة. التطبيق غير موجّه للجمهور؛ الدخول متاح لفريق العمل المدعو فقط.

Bridge Inbox is an internal customer-service tool used by Dr. Mohamed Saeed's clinic to manage customer messages and comments from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube and other channels in one place and reply to them from the staff. It is not a public app; access is limited to invited staff.
It uses YouTube API Services to read comments on the clinic's own channel and, with the channel owner's consent, to post replies as the channel. See the Privacy Policy and Terms.
